Planning Brand Photos for a Permanent Jewelry Business

Kiara sent me a single photo as the inspo for her session. We built the vibes for her session around that one image: edgy, glam, bold. We knew the photos were going to stop people in their tracks (and my gosh did they–her previews on Instagram are my most popular post of 2025). Kiara totally understood the mission here. She knew that getting brand photos wasn’t just a “show up and make it happen” thing. We spent weeks making sure the outfits were perfect, the props were spot-on, and we had everything we needed to achieve the goals and vibes she wanted for these brand photos.

The creativity! Kiara’s inspiration really forced me to think out-of-the-box for this one. In a field where most people just want photos with their laptop and cute coffee mug (not hating, I have those same photos, I just do them a lot), that vibe was the exact opposite of everything Forever Jules is known for. Getting to be bold and edgy and a little bit wild was a fun challenge to wrap up my first full year of niching into brand photography.
